How does the Public IP work?

The True price book lists Broadband Public IP on every SME row, together with a Fixed Line, inside the monthly price — there is no separate Public IP line. The book does not print activation timing, so ask us on LINE before you sign.

Can we add cloud telephony or PBX?

The price book we work from lists only the four SME rows above (Fixed Line included). For PBX or extra lines, ask us on LINE and we request written terms from True before you sign.

Multi-location — do we get a discount?

Is there a business SLA?

The True price book we work from does not print an SLA, repair time or compensation terms for SME fiber, so we do not quote numbers.
