How does the YouTube account activation work?

After fiber installs, True sends an SMS to your Thai mobile number with an activation code. Enter the code in your YouTube app — your existing Gmail (not yet on YT Premium) becomes a YT Premium account for 24 months.

Is this transferable to a different Gmail?

No. The activation locks to the Gmail you nominate at setup. Pick the account you actually use on phone + smart TV.

What happens after 24 months?

YouTube Premium reverts to a standard paid subscription (currently ~THB 159/month) unless you renew the True bundle. We send a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry.

Can I use this with a family Gmail (multiple users)?

The bundle is a single Premium account. YouTube Premium Family (up to 5 members) is a separate Google product — we explain the upgrade path on LINE.

Does YouTube Music count as ad-free too?

Yes. YT Premium includes YouTube Music Premium — ad-free music, background play, offline downloads.
