What's the difference between Gen2 and Gen3 boxes?

Gen3 was the previous TrueID hardware retired on 9 Jun 2026. Gen2 is the current generation — same Android-based TrueID app suite, refreshed remote, refreshed wireless module. Existing Gen3 customers keep service; new sign-ups are on Gen2.

Can I add Netflix or YouTube to Asian Combo?

TrueID Gen2 runs Android apps — you can install Netflix or YouTube and log in with your existing account. The bundle does not include a Netflix subscription; that is a separate True product (see /en/campaign/netflix).

Are there region restrictions on VIU / iQIYI / WeTV?

All three are licensed for Thailand. Most content is available; some Korean dramas have geo-windowed releases. We confirm specific shows over LINE before you commit.

Can I switch combos mid-contract?

Once per contract, free of charge. After that, each switch is a small admin fee. We coordinate the switch with True on your behalf.

What if my fiber line is from a different carrier?
